Award Travel Guide is about earning frequent flyer miles and hotel points for more rewarding travel experiences. It shares strategies and tactics for maximizing miles and points earnings from credit cards, airline partner activity and from actually flying and staying at hotels. And more importantly how to spend them for most value whether that is taking family vacations or flying international first class.
ATG will compare frequent flyer and hotel reward programs honestly, tell where the deals are to be had and which programs should be avoided. It will cover both short term promotions and opportunities as well as long term trends — hopefully allowing everyone to enjoy the (almost) free travel with the best suited programs.
ATG is highly opinionated and subjective — the editor has long favored certain airlines and hotel groups over others, but now again going through change of primary programs due to a new job. Reader comments and contributions are always welcome as that will hopefully broaden everyone’s perspectives.
